Launch & cutover

Launch & cutover is the controlled transition from the existing e-commerce platform to the new Shopify solution. We plan in advance what will happen, in what order, and who is responsible for each critical step.

The plan may include data migration, integrations, DNS, redirects, testing, and other dependencies that must function together at launch. The existing store can remain live while the new solution is being finalized and quality-assured.

Stride follows the process all the way through the launch to reduce risk and create as controlled a transition as possible.
