Integration migration

When switching e-commerce platforms, integrations often need to be rebuilt or adapted for Shopify. We map existing connections to ERP, PIM, WMS, CRM, logistics, payments, and other business systems before the migration begins.

We then define which information should be owned by each respective system and develop an integration architecture for Shopify. Existing workflows are evaluated simultaneously to see what can be simplified, standardized, or needs to be rebuilt from scratch.

We test business-critical data flows before launch to ensure the integrations work when the new platform takes over.
