Analysis of the entire customer journey
We look at behavior, sales, and friction from landing to completed purchase.
Revenue Retainer
Revenue Retainer is our ongoing CRO setup for Shopify. Analysis is just the beginning. We prioritize improvements, implement them in the store, and follow up on the results.
This ensures you get a continuous pace of improvement instead of a report full of ideas that end up in the backlog.
At your convenience
A retainer arrangement should make it clear what you receive, what is prioritized, and how the collaboration creates value over time.
We look at behavior, sales, and friction from landing to completed purchase.
Prioritized changes are implemented, quality-assured, and published – not just recommended.
When traffic and measurement are sufficient, we use experiments to compare alternatives and reduce guesswork.
Conversion rate is part of the picture. We also track average order value, upselling, and total sales.

How we work
The work should be easy to follow and simple to prioritize together with your team.
We identify where the potential is greatest in the customer journey based on data, behavior, and business goals.
We implement prioritized changes and use A/B testing when it is statistically meaningful.
The result is used to prioritize the next improvement so that the work constantly builds on previous lessons learned.
This is included
An improvement is a defined change to an existing page template, component, or setting. This can involve product information, buy buttons, navigation, the shopping cart, or upselling.
Implementation, quality assurance on mobile and desktop, as well as publishing, are included in all levels.
A/B testing is used when traffic and measurement make the test meaningful. Otherwise, another measurable improvement is implemented.
Clear demarcation
New major features, integrations, and extensive rebuilding are not included in the retainer volume. These are scoped and priced separately so that the CRO work can continue at a steady pace.
For the Shopify team
Conversion Rate Optimization in Shopify is about systematically reducing friction and making it easier for the right customer to buy. For an established e-commerce business, small improvements to navigation, PDP, cart, checkout-related flows, and upselling can have a major impact because they affect existing traffic.
Many CRO setups stop at analysis. Our approach is built to ensure that changes reach production. We combine commercial analysis with Shopify development, which reduces handoffs between analytics teams and development.
When traffic volume and measurement are sufficient, A/B testing can provide a better basis for decision-making. When testing is not meaningful, we prioritize other measurable improvements instead so that the work does not stall.
