Minfot is a family-owned e-commerce company from Båstad that is passionate about health, function and comfort. With a carefully selected range of foot-correcting shoes, insoles and products for well-being, Minfot has built a strong position in the Swedish market – with clear ambitions to grow in the Nordic region as well.

Challenge

The previous platform placed limitations on both technical development and business flows. There was a clear need to:

  • Gain better control over data and user experience
  • Integrate e-commerce seamlessly with Microsoft Business Central
  • Simplify management ofmulti-market sales
  • Create a modern and more flexible frontend

At the same time, a better way to handle returns in a customer-friendly and automated manner was needed.

Solution

Stride was responsible for a full migration to Shopify, including:

  • Migration of products, customers and order history
  • Design and development of a modern storefront, which reflects the brand's identity
  • Configuration ofthree markets: Sweden, Norway and Denmark
  • Integration withMicrosoft Business Central
  • Development of acustom appfor smooth handling of return flows

The solution was created with a focus on scalability, performance, and flexibility for future expansion.

Results

Minfot now has a powerful, fast and user-friendly e-commerce platform that is ready for continued growth in multiple markets. The new solution gives the team full control over the store's flows, and the integration with the ERP system creates an efficient workflow. The returns app also improves the customer experience after the purchase, strengthening the relationship with the end customer.
