Discovery

Discovery is our way of understanding the business before we start building. Through one or more workshops, we map out business goals, processes, systems, integrations, user needs, and the issues that need to be resolved before a Shopify project can be properly defined.

A Solution Engineer participates from the start, helping to translate business needs into technical choices and a functional solution architecture. The scope is adjusted based on the project's complexity, ranging from a focused workshop to a more extensive discovery process.

The result is a shared decision-making document and often the foundation for the technical requirements specification, scope, sprint planning, delivery plan, and fixed pricing.
