To meet increased demands for user experience, management and scalability, Astro Sweden needed to bring its various stores together on a modern, common platform.

Utmaning

The challenge was tomigrate four separate ecommerce storesinto a unified and efficient system – without losing data, functionality or availability. The platforms used previously were fragmented and difficult to maintain, and lacked support for integration with the company's business systems.

The goal was to find a solution that could handle bothcomplex directory structureasreal-time inventory and order flows– and at the same time improve conversion and user experience for both new and returning customers.
