The company ran its e-commerce on the older Starweb platform, which over time became a hindrance rather than a support. Ornament had limited visibility into data and statistics, which made analysis, optimization, and decision-making difficult. The platform also lacked modern flexibility in design and functionality, which affected both the brand experience and conversion.

Stride completed a full migration from Starweb to Shopify. The project included:
